About the Role: WorkPac is currently in search of an Administrator to join our esteemed client's team based in Karratha. This position is Monday to Friday, 40-hour work week open to Karratha residentials. Duties and Responsibilities: Answer phones, greet clients, and handle general administrative tasks. Assist with site and project mobilizations. Coordinate and manage training, inductions, uniforms, and medicals. Oversee vehicle and plant management. Perform data entry, document management, and archiving. Organize freight and deliveries. Skills and Experience: Experience in general administration and client interaction. Familiarity with site and project mobilizations. Ability to organize training, inductions, uniforms, and medicals. Knowledge of vehicle and plant management.
