Responsibilities
:
1. Processing daily transactions for a range of different industries from small to medium businesses, foreign inbound and large local corporations,
2. Bank reconciliations
3. Accounts payable processing
4. Accounts receivable processing
5. Payroll and superannuation processing.
6. Preparation of Instalment Activity Statements, Business Activity Statements and multistate payroll tax.
7. Assistance with preparation of month end management accounts
8. Assist managers with drafting client emailmunications and liaise with clients.
9. Workflow management and working with managers to track deliverables and meet client and regulatory deadlines.
10. Set up and maintenance of client accounting and finance systems.
11. Preparation of month end management reporting with accuracy and timely to meet client deadlines.
To be successful in this role:
12. Ability to work in a team environment, autonomously and greatmunication skills
13. Process, deadline driven and the ability to multitask.
14. Intermediate experience with Microsoft office packages, particularly Excel
15. Beneficial to be aware or have used cloud-based accounting apps, Xero Dext, Hubdoc, Employment Hero Payroll (Formerly known as KeyPay).
16. Strong work ethic; Strongmunication skills both written and verbal
