Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, service-based professional who has the passion and skills required to provide exceptional customer service.
This role will be managing a new building located in Lidcombe. The building has 500 Lots + Retail.
About the Role:
* Ensuring By-Law compliance
* Complaint handling and resolution
* Coordination of contractors
* Preventative maintenance management
* Undertaking daily site inspections
* Reporting
* Approving invoices
As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and will be the main point of contact for residents, contractors, builders, and property managers. You will receive continuous support and assistance from the management team who will provide training and guidance to help with your transition into the role.
About You:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow guidelines and procedures in place.
* Confidence to work autonomously and follow up on all tasks in a timely manner.
* Highly motivated with a strong sense of commitment to customer service.
* Customer-facing work experience such as hospitality, retail, real estate, or management is preferred but not essential – we believe in providing all the resources to help you become a successful, long-term building manager.
