We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Travel Account Manager to join the team and drive excellence in managing our corporate travel accounts.
Role Overview: As a Corporate Travel Account Manager, you will be the key liaison between our company and our corporate clients.
You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless travel experience, optimising travel programs, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Your expertise will play a pivotal role in delivering value and efficiency to our clients' travel operations.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique travel needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Account Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, coordinating travel services and ensuring smooth execution of travel arrangements.
Travel Program Optimisation: Analyse client travel patterns and expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and improve travel program efficiency.
Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies to secure the best terms and rates for clients.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any travel-related issues or challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to clients' travel plans.
Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular performance reports and insights on travel spend and compliance, and recommend strategies for program enhancements.
Program Implementation: Assist in implementing new travel programs or policies, including client training on travel procedures and best practices.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and travel regulations to offer clients informed recommendations and solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including travel consultants and operations, to ensure effective execution of client travel programs.
Client Education: Educate clients on travel policies, tools, and best practices to enhance their overall travel experience and ensure adherence to company policies.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following: Proven experience as an Account Manager in the corporate travel space or a related field.
Strong understanding of corporate travel management, travel booking systems, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum experience of 2+ Account Magement experience with a Corporate Travel setting.
