The Team
Our insurance & health team is headed up by 33 industry leading principals across six states. Within the insurance space our award-winning team is known for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional client service. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry, both locally and overseas.
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Insurance (Public Liability) team in Melbourne due to growth. The role offers a broad range of public liability and general insurance work from an array of clients, with a focus on personal injury including institutional abuse claims.
The Successful Candidate
* Should have previous defendant insurance (Public Liability) experience;
* Be able to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service;
* Have strong communication skills;
* Be able to manage own files and assist others with files under supervision; and be able to manage own file load autonomously;
* Have an enthusiastic and pragmatic approach.
