A challenging and fulfilling role, if you thrive on variety and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.05th December, 2024 Join our dynamic team and make a difference!We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our dynamic HR team.This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to employment.About the Role: As one of our two Talent Acquisition Consultant working on a part-time basis, you will play a crucial role in supporting our People & Culture team.We are flexible around the days and hours, however ideally you will do three consecutive days commencing a Monday, or Wednesday.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.Manage and track the recruitment pipeline, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify qualified candidates as required.Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements on various platforms.Coordinate onboarding activities, such as new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.Conduct onboarding orientation sessions, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.Develop and maintain job descriptions and position profiles, providing guidance and support as needed.Manage the applicant tracking system and candidate database, keeping all stakeholders advised of progress.Process Coordination: Assist with the coordination of various processes including but not limited to; reward and recognition, employee engagement, health and wellbeing, performance appraisals, training and development programs.Administrative Support: Managing HR records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, assisting with payroll, and generating HR reports.What we're looking for: Previous talent acquisition experience in an internal, or recruitment agency environment Availability for 3 full days in a week, flexible hours on offer Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HRIS, talent acquisition tools and technologies Strong interpersonal and communication skills A passion for people and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as a part of a team What we offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a talented and supportive team Opportunities for professional development and growth A dynamic and collaborative work environment Flexibility, it goes both ways after all!If you're ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, and seek a part time role with purpose, apply today!YHA is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.We welcome applications from all qualified candidates.Apply For Job
