About the role: Your responsibilities will include: Conduct assessments Develop and implement evidence based therapy for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorders Work as part of a team dedicated to delivering high quality support to children and young adults and their families Work as part of a transdisciplinary team and be given opportunities to grow with the organisation About you: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology; Current registration with relevant professional body (AHPRA or Speech Pathology Australia); Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in the field and/or with paediatric case load; Previous experience working with sensory issues in children and young adults living with Autism Spectrum Disorder would be desirable; Current driver licence and access to a fully insured vehicle; NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Provide First Aid Certification; A team player with a "can do" attitude; Self-sufficient, able to take ownership of the role and high level of organisational and time management skills; Clear open and transparent communicator with proven ability to develop rapport with stakeholders and families from a broad range of social and cultural backgrounds; Celebrate success, strive for excellence and continuous improvement.
