About the Job: Customer Service: attending reception desk (walk-ins, phones, emails, triaging) Administration Support: scanning, filing, entering information, learning how to write agendas and minutes. Work Health and Safety: follow safety directions and assist the WHS Committee Event Planning: providing event support to staff and attending events Office functions: helping maintain office supplies, equipment, facilities and ensuring a well organised and safe work environment. IT Support: Assist with distribution with laptops and other equipment and log IT issues with the local provider. Document Management: Scanning, filing, archiving and data entry. Collecting and sorting incoming mail and emails. Facilitate preparation of monthly newsletters. Assist with reporting. Meeting agendas, minutes and follow up actions.
