Location: Cairns
Hours: Full time permanent - Mon to Fri
Salary: SCHADS 5.1 ($97,377.80pa) + Super + Salary packaging tax benefits

About the role:
In this new role as Service Manager, you’ll be managing our disability support services based in Cairns, including Supported Independent Living arrangements (SILs) and Individual Support Services (in-home and community access) for our clients with NDIS plans. Lead, coach and mentor Support Workers to ensure the services reflect our customer’s needs in a dynamic, high growth work environment.
