Job Description
Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites seeks a casual Guest Service Agent who excels at delivering exceptional customer service to join its team.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests from the moment they arrive.
You will guide guests throughout their stay, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and providing insider knowledge on local attractions and dining options.
Your outstanding customer service skills and positive energy will make you a memorable and valued member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and check in guests professionally
* Make bookings and assist guests during their stay
* Communicate effectively and provide excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Offer exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide professional presentation
* Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
