Territory Sales Manager

Your new role
To maintain and strengthen existing partner relationships while driving new sales to enhance business growth. This involves ensuring that all clients and potential clients within the territory are maximising their potential, thereby contributing to the overall growth and success of the business. Foster repeat business through regular visits, training sessions, and strategic incentives for key stakeholders, the Territory Manager will aim to meet or exceed claims targets and capitalise on business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop new business opportunities and partnerships through face-to-face meetings and other communication channels.
2. Manage and nurture the existing client base to enhance relationships and drive referrals.
3. Identify sales opportunities and strategies for business expansion within new and existing industries.
4. Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional client and partner satisfaction.
5. Train new and existing clients on the value proposition of Compass.
6. Provide innovative ideas and initiative-taking business insights to the team and organisation.
7. Collaborate with the sales team, actively participate in meetings, and contribute to business growth initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
2. Familiarity with the automotive industry (spare parts, repair shops, dealerships) is a plus but not required.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong industry reputation with a network of valuable contacts.
5. Collaborator with leadership and delegation abilities.
6. Ability to work independently while managing responsibilities on the road.
7. Innovative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and professional growth.
8. Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
