As a Store Manager you will be responsible for...
* Leading, mentoring and inspiring an equally passionate team of retailers
* Drive your team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales targets
* Manage store operations including visual merchandising, stock control, recruitment, roster management and the development and training of your team
* Set an example in the area of team culture and morale
* Be a leader in the area of customer service by providing every customer with a unique and positive interaction
* Keep yourself up to date with current interior design and homewares trends
* Work closely with your Regional Manager and Head Office to implement company policy and procedures

* A strong yet natural communicator and someone who is a leader in all areas
* Someone from similar retail management position, preferably from a high stock volume environment
* A manager who excels at providing real and honest customer service - your customers love your styling advice

* A manager who has proven experience in managing people, writing rosters, visual merchandising and stock management
