Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the integrity of approved Maritime Security Plans, in compliance with MTOFSA rules, regulations, and site traffic management plans.Key RequirementsCertificate II in Security Operations.Current and applicable state-issued Security license.Ability to obtain and maintain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).Occupational First Aid – Level 3 certification.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar security role, preferably as an MSG or in a busy Gatehouse setting.Experience with CCTV monitoring and access control systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle conflict effectively and use appropriate methods to reduce tension in difficult situations.Strong attention to detail and experience writing detailed incident reports.About YouWe are looking for professionals who are committed to safety and security, with a strong focus on attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
