Job Summary:
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing professional leadership, governance, coordination and management of Speech Pathology services at Bunbury Hospital and Community services across all clinical areas and programs in accordance with WACHS South West policies and guidelines.
This includes managing Speech Pathology staff, coordinating duties and managing performance to ensure the delivery of efficient, effective and high-quality Speech Pathology services.
The position also involves leading the planning and implementation of strategic workforce initiatives and teaching, training and research opportunities.
