As the lifestyle co-ordinator you will facilitate the process of empowerment and enable the residents to make choices and decisions which maximise their participation in leisure experiences that suits the Residents individual needs and maintains their dignity.This is achieved through the planning, implementation and evaluation of both individual and group lifestyle and recreational programs that are designed to support, challenge and enhance the, social, emotional, spiritual, cultural, cognitive and physical well-being of individuals.You will have an important role in providing leadership to lifestyle assistants and volunteers.
You will responsible for recruitment, training and coordination of Volunteers.As the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be expected to lead in the provision of quality lifestyle programs to residents by ensuring their links and interests with the community, children, hobbies, flora and fauna.
