We are seeking an Industry Engagement Coordinator to join our team, commencing February 2025.
About the Role
The Industry Engagement Coordinator will utilize their exceptional project management skills to coordinate and deliver sponsorship assets and fulfill contractual obligations for our corporate partners. This includes managing events, projects, and initiatives that align with our goals.
* Oversee events and projects from conception to evaluation, including development plans, communication materials, project timelines, briefing notes, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring they meet time, cost, quality, scope, and risk tolerances.
* Develop communication materials to support the delivery of events, projects, and initiatives.
* Foster effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage administrative staff, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate event and project delivery.
* Work with the Performance Partnerships team to service corporate partners and fulfill contracted obligations.
* Demonstrated experience working across multiple projects, campaigns, and delivering corporate partner events, to a high standard.
* Exceptional organisational skills, high level of attention to detail, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, and/or similar field are desirable.
* A blue card is required as you will be offering coaching/support to young people.
Successful candidates may be required to undergo a national police clearance.
