As a Contracts and Procurement Lead in our Real Estate team, we are looking for you to lead these large projects, manage a team, have a commercial focus and balance working across major projects. Leading the contracts and procurement activities on large scale Data Centre projects as the key client interface. Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion. Managing the Supply Chain, Contact and Procurement, contract execution and contract management. Managing project timelines, risks and reporting as it relates to contracts and procurement. Qualifications A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management. Experience in contract management, cost management and contract negotiation. Experience working for a General Contractor or subcontractor highly desirable. 15 years industry experience working on major data centre and / or mission critical projects. Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment. Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded. Technical ability to lead discussions and negotiations with contractors and suppliers. Strong knowledge of construction and / or MEP systems preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
