Based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, this clinic is part of a network of clinics located across Queensland, including Cairns, Gold Coast, and Brisbane. They are looking for a passionate New Graduate Speech Pathologist to join their small team.

* New graduate support program, including a shadowing week, onboarding process, and mentoring opportunities with our Head of SP who has 10 years of experience
* Full week of mentoring provided before starting, ensuring a smooth transition into your role
* Lower face-to-face target initially, allowing you to gradually build up your caseload
* Professional development allowance of up to $750 annually (amount subject to experience) for external training
* Opportunity to choose areas of interest and have your caseload tailored accordingly

Your Role:
You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including clinic-based, community, and telehealth, providing services to clients of all ages. The client base includes NDIS participants, veterans, Medicare clients, and private clients, offering you a diverse and rewarding caseload. You will be conducting initial speech and language assessments, using evidence based practice to create a tailored therapy plan, taking progress notes and writing NDIS reports.
Support:
Weekly team training, mentoring from a Senior clinician, weekly or fortnightly supervision based on your needs. Additionally you will receive $750 for external training opportunities that you can use to undertake professional development courses that are of interest to you.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* SPA membership
