We are looking for Care Workers to join the team at our vibrant Residential village in Kingsliff NSW.
We offer flexible working arrangements to suit you and we can support Permanent Full / Part Time or casual contracts across Afternoon and Night shifts.

The Role:
* Provide personal care through emotional and social support whilst assisting residents with a range of daily life activities.
* Assist in mealtimes and participate in rewarding social activities.
* Create positive relationships with our residents to make them feel like they are truly at home.
About you:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care/Disability.
* Experience in a similar role in aged and/or community care.
* A genuine enthusiasm, care, and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people.
* Experience in Medication Endorsement (desirable).
