We are fiercely protective of our environment, pride ourselves on being a leader in sustainability and our free school tours program sees thousands of school children learn about the benefits of dairy too.The PositionWe are seeking experienced Machine Operators preferably within the food manufacturing industry. You will operate and monitor processing equipment and filling machines. This is a hands-on technical role which will require you to adjust process parameters to maintain product consistency and perform in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with production specifications.Essential ExperienceTechnical Skills: Previous experience working with processing equipment, automation systems, and quality control principles.Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift to 25 kg, and work in a fast-paced environment.Teamwork & Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work with production, maintenance, and quality teams.Availability to work day and night shifts.Desirable ExperiencePrevious experience working in the food processing industry with automation systems, and quality control principles is highly desirable.Ability to interpret production data, troubleshoot process deviations, and take corrective actions.Previous experience working with CITECT SCADA.What Do We OfferEmployee rewards programVarious health and wellbeing discounts i.e., private health, hotels, gymsEmployee Assistance Program.Apply:To apply for this role, please submit a CV and covering letter that best shows your relevant skills and experience.
