The Harvey Norman Lismore Customer Service Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Operations Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
The successful candidate will: Be able to work with minimal supervision Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Be able to work well in a team environment Be motivated and have a great eye for detail Have experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service.
