About You We're seeking an Assistant Sales Leader - someone who's not just a manager but a motivator with the drive to make an impact.

The Role As our Assistant Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving store success through operational excellence, team leadership, and customer engagement.
Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting daily operations by managing store appearance, task delegation, and counter activities to align with sales and operational goals.
• Leading upsell strategies at the counter and queue areas, ensuring performance meets or exceeds monthly KPIs.
• Inspiring and developing the team through coaching, setting clear performance expectations, and recognising high achievers.
• Ensuring a seamless customer experience by addressing escalated queries and providing consultative sales solutions.
• Overseeing compliance with company policies, including the efficient handling of warranty claims and returns.
• Maintaining an organised and safe store environment, ensuring the warehouse and showroom are clean and presentable.
• Managing operational excellence, including cash and goods security, achieving store KPIs, and handling opening and closing duties.
• Planning and executing local marketing events to drive sales and enhance brand awareness in the community.
