Additionally, you will also be: Providing administrative and support services across the organisation, including appointment scheduling, invoicing (training provided) and data entry; Maintaining accurate, up-to-date databases and registers; Providing professional and friendly reception services; Assisting with NDIS-related functions; and Working closely with the team to improve internal processes and ensure service efficiency. About you: To be successful in the role, you will have experience in administration in a services related business and possess: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; and A willingness to learn with a high level of initiative, integrity and confidentiality.
