Your new role In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for technical requests and incidents. You will be: Providing 1st and 2nd level on-site IT support. Performing account administration within Active Directory, Exchange and bespoke applications. Assisting with IT-related projects. Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLAs in a calm and polite manner. Participating in the implementation of IS security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:Demonstrated experience of providing 1st and 2nd level IT support.Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Windows Server 2019/2022, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Network troubleshooting.Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco, Veeam and ITIL certifications are beneficial.Prior experience working within a small-medium IT team is highly advantageous.A valid driving licence.
