Responsibilities

1. Ensureallenvironmental,healthandsafetypoliciesandproceduresarefollowed
2. Overseeconstructionsite,contractorsandworkerstoensureahighlevelofqualityandsafety
3. Leadsiteplanningandreviewmeetings regardingconstructionactivities,equipmentinstallation and commissioning
4. Reviewconstructionandinstallationwork andmethodsandensurequalityaswellasworkis performed in accordance with approved drawings, manuals, procedures and codes
5. DocumentandresolveissuesencounteredduringconstructionthroughRFIandNCRprocesses
6. Trackconstructionprogressensuringdailyratesandprojectmilestonesarebeingmetand determine recovery plans as needed
7. Evaluatechangeorderrequestsfrom subcontractors
8. Coordinateandmonitorscheduleupdates,invoicesandsubmittals
9. Completeotherdutiesandprojectsasassigned
RequiredQualificationsandSkills:
10. 5+yearsconstructionandEPCindustryexperience
11. Experiencewithutilityscalerenewableconstructionprojects
12. Riskassessment/managementskills
13. Solidandeffectiveinterpersonalandcommunicationskills(includingoral,writtenand visual)
14. Strongnegotiationandconflictresolutionskills
15. Provenexperienceinexecutionanddeliveryofconstructionprojects
16. Abilitytofunctionsuccessfullybothindependentlyandwithinateam
17. Demonstratedprofessionalappearanceandconduct
18. Abilitytoworkflexiblehour(evenings,weekends)asrequired
19. ValidDriver’slicense,valid insurance
20. Abilitytotravelasrequiredandbeonsiteduringconstructionperiod
21. CompetencywithMS365(Outlook,Word,Excel,PowerPointandProject)
