We are a member of the Distributors Group and supply products from over 100 manufacturers and suppliers to businesses throughout the region.
We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Assistant who can also assist in driving to deliver goods. We can offer the right candidate a great long-term career with full-time employment.
Warehouse operation hours are Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4pm, with some paid overtime required, especially during our peak season (November – April).
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member with the following qualities, experience, and licenses:
* Possess the ability to communicate effectively.
* Must hold a current forklift license and have experience in operation.
* Previous warehouse experience (desirable).
* Be physically fit, as manual handling is a requirement of the role.
* Be punctual, reliable, honest, approachable, a team player, and able to take and give direction.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
* Delivery of goods to customers.
* Receiving and checking off incoming stock.
* Rotating and putting away received stock.
* Picking and packing customer orders for dispatch.
* Other tasks as required.
