This is a newly created role designed to support their growth efforts.This Sales Representative role is newly created to support the company’s growth and strengthen its presence in NSW.Responsibilities:Promote our diverse product line to distributors, manufacturers, builders, architects, contractors, specifiers, developers, and retail/hardware project managers.Drive sales growth across NSW and ACT regions, meeting and exceeding business targets.Secure key account contracts through effective negotiation, ensuring profitable outcomes.Analyze market trends to inform strategy, set sales targets, and develop tailored proposals.Proactively source and build relationships with new and existing clients.Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.Ensure high levels of customer service, upholding our strong reputation for reliability and quality.The Ideal Candidate Profile:Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales and business development, preferably in the building or insulation industries.Proven Success: Demonstrated record of achieving sales growth and customer satisfaction.Technical Aptitude: Ability to read engineering or architectural drawings; background in trade or tertiary education is a plus.Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence and develop long-term client relationships.Client Management: Skilled in managing a varied customer base and providing tailored solutions.Sales Acumen: Experience with cold calling and marketing strategies to generate new business.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and strong mathematical ability, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
