As a casual - Resource Unit staff member, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts across our main theatres.
We have a variety of shifts available: 6, 8 & 10 hour shifts, enabling a positive balance between work and personal life.
ABOUT YOU The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Assisting the Surgeon and Nursing Staff with surgical procedures through provision, operation, and maintenance of theatre equipment and the positioning/preparation of patients. Facilitating efficient Perioperative processes and ensuring the smooth operation and running of Perioperative Services. Ensuring equipment and stock are available at all times for the other Perioperative Services staff. What you need: Certificate 3 in Health Services Assistance (Operating Theatre Support) from an accredited institution. Previous experience as a Theatre Technician.
