We are currently offering an outstanding opportunity for an Administration Officer to become part of our expanding Tompsett Asphalt team in Sunshine Vic, 3020Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and Director, this role is crucial to providing key support and overseeing the administrative requirementsYour day will involve:Your day will involve:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.Answer and direct any phone calls to the appropriate personnel - log messages and forward them in a timely manner.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Uploading photos and closing client's jobs, utilising different types of software.
