About the Role:
The Oaks Broome Hotel is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our housekeeping team as Housekeeping Supervisor.
**Responsibilities:**
* Ensure exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the property in all areas, including rooms, public spaces and common areas.
* Build strong relationships with housekeeping staff members, clients and contractors to maintain a productive and professional work environment.
* Support the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding cleaning services.
* Provide on-the-job training for all cleaning employees to ensure high standards are met.
* Maintain accurate financial, maintenance and inventory records.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing or supervising a housekeeping team.
* Experience controlling budgets, operating supplies, replacements and consumables.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* A keen eye for detail and ability to follow procedures to set high cleanliness standards.
