The role involves managing internal and external communications, ensuring all documentation is developed and distributed to the appropriate stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate and manage communications between the projects.Develop and manage internal and external communication documents, ensuring alignment with key audiences.Liaise and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure program deliverables are met and obligations are fulfilled in a timely manner.Coordinate project activities, ensuring deliverables are achieved, including preparing project responses, presentations, and event coordination.Ensure timely communication and seek necessary approvals for actions and decisions.Desired Experience:Prior experience in rail, infrastructure, road work is required.Proven expertise in leading communications within projects and producing high-quality communication materials.Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver effective communications strategies.
