This multifaceted role will involve assisting with editorial operations, content creation, and providing a variety of administrative support across the editorial department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enthusiastic about fashion, and have a strong passion for editorial work. You will work closely with the Editor, General Manager, and Fashion Director to manage day-to-day editorial tasks, including diary management, organising presentations, and overseeing fashion editorial projects. If you are looking to advance your career in a fast-paced and exciting editorial environment, this role is for you.DutiesAssist with fashion shoot planning, trend research, and brand coordination.Support logistics for shoots, events, and editorial operations.Manage schedules, travel, expenses, and contributor contracts.Oversee sample tracking, press appointments, and showroom visits.Handle fashion market research, shoot credits, and seasonal reports.Coordinate PR, fashion week schedules, and key industry events.Provide on-set support, event assistance, and shipment logistics.Skills and experienceAt least 1 year of relevant experience in fashion editorial, digital media, or a related role.
