Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Role
This is a leadership opportunity that will have a significant impact on the strategic direction of the business. As the CFO, you will partner with the CEO and the board to drive a large-scale transformation of the finance function, achieving key outcomes and greater commercial acumen throughout the organisation.
The role encompasses managing a team responsible for technology, property, procurement, and risk, in addition to finance. Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with the senior executive team to develop and execute strategy.
* Presenting key financial performance insights to the board and executive team.
* Leading all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, cash flow management.
* Leading and developing the finance team to ensure statutory reporting and compliance requirements are met.
* Identifying top-line growth opportunities while implementing internal cost control initiatives.
* Translating data into key decision-supporting insights to inform business drivers.
* Leading group-wide transformation programs to implement 'best-in-class' business processes and ERP systems.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of successfully operating at the Head of Finance or CFO level in a fast-paced environment. This experience should demonstrate hands-on involvement, high commercial acumen, support for strategic growth, and driving transformation initiatives.
A people-centric leadership style and ability to embed finance throughout the organisation as a true business partner and advisor are also essential.
