We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team in a multifaceted support role. This position will involve front desk operations, recruitment assistance, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, and more.
Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Support: Manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
2. Recruitment Support: Post job advertisements, screen candidates, conduct reference checks, and issue employment agreements.
3. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
4. PPE Allocation and Inventory: Manage personal protective equipment distribution and maintain inventory.
5. Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly HR and payroll reports.
6. Employee Follow-Up: Check in with employees during their first week and first month to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
7. Review Management: Coordinate mid-probation and end-probation reviews.
8. Performance Development: Support managers and employees with performance development agendas.
9. Payroll Administration: Manage payroll inputs, deductions, and ensure timely processing.
10. Support Management: Support manager with questions, documents, and instructions.
Requirements
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience using Employment Hero (preferred but not essential).
4. Available for a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
5. Previous experience in HR and payroll administration.
Salary: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year plus superannuation.
