Principal Integration Delivery Specialist Other (Information & Communication Technology)Government - State (Government & Defence) Full time The successful candidate will manage the design, planning and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks. Role responsibilities: Specifies and designs large or complex systems and selects appropriate design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures, and ensures effective application. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of technical specialisms and is responsible for the provision of expert advice regarding their application. Manage the development, publication, implementation and compliance of all program/project(s) deliverables and related standards and procedures at an enterprise level. Lead the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation planning of large complex IM/ICT changes, including the evaluation of risks to the integrity of infrastructure inherent in proposed implementations. Manage a team of specialist technical resources in the delivery of complex technical solutions. You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience: Demonstrated experience leading the design, publication, implementation, compliance and delivery of technical solutions to industry best practice frameworks for large scale, complex IM/ICT infrastructure delivery program/project(s), preferably in the health care industry. (SFIA Skill: ITMG: Level 6, HSIN: Level 5). Demonstrated experience developing and testing HL7 messaging and Java-based message-oriented middleware solution. (SFIA Skill PROG Level 5 and SFIA Skill TEST Level 6). Prioritising, scheduling and managing the delivery of new capability between project, development, operational and business stakeholders. (SFIA Skill DLMG Level 5). Demonstrated ability to analyse and document stakeholder objectives and the underlying issues arising from investigations into the business requirement and problems. (SFIA Skill BUAN Level 4 and SFIA Skill RLTM Level 5). Demonstrated experience designing large or complex integration solutions and providing expert knowledge in relevant design standards, techniques and methods and tools for large scale complex organisations. (SFIA Skill: DESN: Level 5, METL: 5). Specific working conditions: Variable hours : Weekend and afterhours work may be required (at various locations in Queensland as determined by business needs) and may be requested at short notice. While not mandatory, any relevant qualifications in Information Communication Technology or similar, would be highly desirable. This position may be required to work at different sites. The position may be required to work outside of standard business hours.
