The Suburban Land Agency’s Greenfield Team is committed to strong project management, innovation, and quality. We are responsible for managing Greenfield projects from inception to completion. The team seeks a highly organised and motivated Project Manager to be part of the team involved in the planning, design, and delivery of projects that optimise the Territory’s social, environmental and economic return on land development activities in the ACT.
As a Project Manager, the successful applicant will form part of a small development team and will manage the delivery of sustainable and people-focused neighbourhoods through complex land development projects, from concept design to construction completion.

Eligibility/Other Requirements
The successful occupant will be required to:
1. Hold a relevant professional qualification or accreditation with a professional body (Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Project Management) recognised within Australia; or
2. Hold a relevant building degree; or
3. Have significant building, Infrastructure or land development and planning knowledge and/or project management experience.
Highly Desirable
Tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience in a related field such as: Project/Contract Management, Building and Construction Management, Property Law, Town Planning, Built Environment, Architecture, Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 30 June 2026. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. Please note, the workplace for this position is designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, staff will not have a designated workstation/desk.
