Palette offers a unique blend of art and food on the Gold Coast, renowned for working with a high attention to detail and providing the finest food experience. Fresh ingredients sourced locally, where possible, and prepared by a dedicated team led by Executive Chef, Dayan Hartill-Law.Palette is a 3 Hatted Restaurant, from the Australian Good Food Guide, and was awarded Best Premium Dining at the Restaurant and Catering Awards 2022.As Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be meeting and exceeding patrons and client’s expectations of food and beverage service.
