You’ll be organising board and committee meetings, supporting audit and risk processes, managing partnership administration, and overseeing key compliance functions. Your ability to stay one step ahead, maintain airtight organisation, and navigate complex governance requirements will make a real impact. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring our leadership team is set up for success every step of the way.What you’ll doManage logistics for board meetings for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), including venue, catering, and technology setup, and distribute accurate board papers in advance.Record concise minutes and track action items, ensuring timely follow-up and use of Diligent software for secure document management.Assist the General Counsel with meeting coordination, agenda prep, and material distribution.Support the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Partner with Partnership administration, including shareholder agreements and Partner communications, ensuring up to date records.Provide administrative support to the CFO and People & Culture Director for partner review cycles, scheduling, documentation, and tracking key milestones in the review process.Oversee insurance policy administration, liaising with brokers for renewals and compliance.Maintain the CompliSpace portal, tracking updates and firm wide compliance with policies.Provide executive support for the General Counsel, Marketing Director, and CFO, including diary, travel, and expense management.Coordinate internal meetings, prepare materials, and track follow up actions.Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Partner and Managing Partners, and cover for leave as needed to support the Executive Leadership Team.What you bringProven experience in company secretarial, governance, or board administration (legal, risk, or professional services experience is a plus).Expertise in coordinating and managing all aspects of board meetings, from preparation to execution and follow up.Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality, with a focus on managing sensitive board-level information.Strong problem solving skills, particularly in board governance and the ability to work independently in high level decision making environments.Proficiency in governance tools, including Diligent software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other platforms used for board management.A background in risk management is highly valued, as you'll be closely involved in overseeing board-level compliance and governance functions.Why Wotton Kearney?At Wotton Kearney, we’re not your typical law firm.
