Position Details: Location: Tweed Heads, NSW Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Role: As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Clinical Manager to maintain the highest standards of care and lead a skilled team in our aged care facility.
Your focus will be on training and developing junior nursing staff, particularly in identifying and bridging skill gaps, enhancing documentation accuracy, and ensuring safe medication management practices.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Clinical Manager to uphold excellent care standards.
Mentor and guide junior nursing staff, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
Provide training in critical areas, including clinical documentation and medication management.
Act as a role model for best practices in aged care, fostering a supportive and caring environment.
