Lead a team of part-time & casual retail sales associates, provide coaching to help your team reach sales targets, manage day-to-day running of the store.

What you'll be doing
* Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to consistently provide outstanding customer service
* Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
* Analyse sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
* Provide coaching and feedback to team members, supporting their professional development
* Collaborate with regional and head office teams to ensure alignment with company goals and brand standards
* Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of new team members
* Ensure the store is always clean, organised, and visually appealing to customers
What we're looking for
* Experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer electronics or audio equipment industry
* Proven track record of driving sales and profitability, with a focus on customer service excellence
* Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Proficient in using data and analytics to make informed business decisions
