ISG is Seeking Subcontractor Factual Investigators – Workers Compensation & Common Law Claims
Location: Sydney Metropolitan & Regional NSW
Engagement Type: Subcontractor (ABN required)
Starting Rate: $60/hr + $0.75/km vehicle allowance
Investigative Services Group (ISG) is expanding our panel of subcontractor factual investigators across Sydney and Regional New South Wales. We’re seeking skilled, reliable professionals to assist with Workers Compensation and common law personal injury investigations .
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced investigators looking for regular contract work, professional support, and the flexibility to manage their own caseload.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Interviewing Workers, Employers, and Witnesses
2. Conducting scene inspections and gathering evidence
3. Preparing clear, concise factual reports
4. Updating cases in our secure case management system within required timeframes
5. Liaising with solicitors, case managers, and external stakeholders
6. Can comfortably and professionally manage 6–8 cases at varying stages of investigation
7. Are able to work within a standard 2–3 week timeline per case
8. Communicate clearly, work independently, and meet deadlines without compromising quality
To Be Considered, You Must Have:
1. A current NSW Security Licence – Class 2E (Factual Investigator)
2. Experience in factual investigations and report writing
3. Reliable transport and willingness to travel across metro and regional areas
4. Strong organisational and time management skills
5. Public Liability Insurance
6. Professional Indemnity Insurance
