Job Function
This role supports the Nutrition business, developing science-based nutrition products for people of all ages.
Main Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing function across various projects and strategic initiatives.
2. Lead and perform administrative duties, including meeting coordination, travel bookings, filing, and general admin tasks.
3. Implement and execute marketing activities and projects as directed by the Marketing team.
4. Manage marketing communications materials, including internal approval and creative agency collaborations.
5. Liaise with suppliers and support the development of key content and collateral for company websites.
6. Manage product changeover communications, conferences, and HCP requirements.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in business or marketing preferred.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role; healthcare industry experience highly desirable.
* Ability to organize workload, attention to detail, time management skills, commercial acumen, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location.
