Duty Manager-Remote Tasmania Duty Manager-Remote Tasmania We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager for this busy venue located in remote Tasmania. The successful candidate will have strong Food & Beverage experience and hold a current drivers license. The purpose of the role is to assist the Hotel Manager, manage the activities within all areas of the venue and be responsible in their absence. You will be required to manage the service within the property and ensure that customers are served promptly & courteously and that service of a 4 Star standard is consistently achieved and maintained, motivate & lead the departments to achieve this; to work as part of the wider management team to promote a positive image of the Hotel at all times. There are significant historic sites to explore on days off and the town offers facilities including supermarkets, cafes restaurants etc. This role requires a Long Term Commitment (Ideally two years plus).
