As a Senior Manager of Reward Programs, reporting to the Head Of Reward Frameworks & Programs in our Reward, Performance & Accountability team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and delivering key remuneration, benefits, and global mobility initiatives for Westpac Group.
Your strategic thinking and strong project and risk management skills will be essential in designing and delivering effective reward and benefit strategies / programs, including our annual remuneration review.
In this role, you'll collaborate with various teams to ensure our remuneration frameworks align with business objectives, foster a high-performing culture, and remain competitive in the market.
You'll play a crucial part in engaging employees at all levels by delivering these frameworks in a controlled and effective manner, while also managing associated risks.

What do I need?
To excel as a Senior Manager of Reward Programs, you will need a tertiary education in Human Resources, Program Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
You should have at least 5 years of experience in reward and benefits management within financial services or a large scale / complex organization.
Preferred candidates will have demonstrated experience in applying reward structures and benefit programs as strategic levers in large organisations.
You should possess proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A strong understanding of the regulatory environment for rewards in the financial services industry is crucial, along with an understanding of human-centered design and its application to project delivery and outcomes.
