Social Media Advisor
A 6-12 month non-ongoing contract is available for a Social Media Officer to join the Communication and Media Section.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the agency's social media presence, including developing and implementing a social media strategy, moderating content, and analyzing performance.
* Develop guidance and governance materials to improve social media capabilities, production workflows, and quality content creation.
* Oversee the development and design of high-quality social media content for various online audiences, including evaluation and reporting.
* Assist the broader team in maintaining and updating website and intranet content, utilizing analytics for reporting purposes.
* Curate, amplify, and engage with content across partner channels.
Essential Capabilities
* Possess a deep passion and background in digital marketing, along with a willingness to learn and contribute across various team functions.
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to enhance outcomes.
* Have experience in developing and executing strategies, managing social media projects, and analyzing data.
* Strong analytical and writing abilities are vital, as well as initiative, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Requirements
* At least 4 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.
* A comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms is essential.
* Australian Citizenship.
* NV1 Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain.
