Your new role
This role is perfect for someone looking to transition from hands-on tools to a planning position, with a few years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. You will be reporting to the SEQ Maintenance Manager and collaborating with a team including two fitters and electricians. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Plan all maintenance-related activities on the site, including capital projects that may arise
* Lead and manage the day-to-day functionality of the maintenance team
* Develop and manage maintenance schedules for our equipment
* Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
* Monitor and report on maintenance activities and performance
* Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
* Perform maintenance-related activities on local and regional Lysaght sites as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
* Maintenance background with experience in the manufacturing industry
* Strong understanding of maintenance processes and planning
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.

* Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 + 14% Super + 10% quarterly bonus
