AO5 Human Resource Advisor (Contract)Location: Nerang, QLDContract: Full-time, 4 months with possible extensionAn exciting opportunity is available for an experienced HR Advisor to join the Program Support unit in the South Coast Region, one of Queensland’s fastest-growing areas. This role supports a wide range of HR functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring the effective operation of HR services within a dynamic infrastructure environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert HR advice on performance management, discipline issues, and workforce planning.Conduct research and analysis of HR legislation, directives, and policies to provide practical recommendations.Deliver presentations and training on HR initiatives to leadership teams and staff.Support recruitment processes, including advertisement placement, interview panel participation, pre-employment screening, and onboarding.Prepare professional business cases, briefing notes, recruitment ads, reports, and presentations.Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery.Develop and maintain HR processes, FAQs, and work instructions, contributing to continuous improvement.About YouTo thrive in this role, you will need:HR experience in an operational environment, providing advice and services to leadership teams.Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and workforce planning.Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.A Class C driver’s licence (mandatory).A qualification in Human Resources or Business Management (highly regarded).How to ApplySubmit your resume outlining your relevant experience and qualifications.
