Amplifon Australia is looking for an Audiology Trainer to join our #makemorepossible team!
Reporting to Retail Training Manager this role is accountable for up-skilling our practitioners, the Audiology Trainer will be using their superior clinical and product knowledge to make a difference in the business. Be part of a dynamic & high performing team today!
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver practitioner coaching programs
* Prepare training plans for identified areas of improvement
* Train through a variety of methodologies including e-learning, online and face-to-face sessions
* Conduct induction programs for new practitioners
* Administer on-the-job training
* Develop and update training modules
* Support interns and OSTA on internship journey
You will have:
* Have a QP audiologist for a minimum of 1 years
* Have supervised university students and or new graduates
* Have a passion for training and service excellence
* Be confident in public speaking
* Have knowledge of MS Office Suite
* Be willing and available to travel
* Be highly organised and deadline driven
* A proven leader with the ability to deliver results
