What you will enjoy doing
* You will respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels whilst maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always
* You are responsible for handling customer requests relating to product information, pricing, process and policy, account opening, patient education, order placement and follow up, delivery enquiries etc
* Resolve customer enquiries by clarifying their requirement; processing their request or providing them a solution to their enquiry; following up to ensure resolution of root cause
* Fulfil customer request by understanding their needs; using the correct transition type; entering all necessary information accurately; following up transaction where necessary to ensure customer’s needs are met
* Resolve, record and escalate customer complaints
* You will provide feedback to CSC leadership of any gaps or inefficiencies with customer service processes
What makes you great
* You should have at least 2 years' experience in a professional working environment ideally within a customer service-based/Call center environment
* High level of communication, Verbal and Written Communication
* Furthermore, you should have ability to work alone and with a team
* High attention to the customer experience and journey is part of your role
* Ability to solve problems and foresee any potential customer impacting events
* Conflict management abilities
