The purpose of the Producer is to ensure innovative and creative ideas are integrated into the show, ensuring fresh and up-to-date content is put to air.As a key member of the Content and Product team, the Producer ensures all on-air content is aligned to the relevant station's key brand message and meets relevant risk assessment guidelines and on-air codes before going live.What you'll be doing:Assist in developing daily show material and execute ideas with the Executive Producer (EP) and Senior Producer (SP).Manage phone and text communications, prepping callers efficiently and handling listener emails.Participate in product team planning, client meetings, brainstorm sessions, and support the preparation of future shows.Oversee social media strategy, create engaging moments for the brand on air and online, and interact with listeners on platforms.Ensure adherence to policies, including dealing with minors, content approval, and risk assessments for live segments.Manage risks in on-air content, attend mandatory training, and align with the company's social media usage policy.Experience we're looking for:Experience creating relevant and on-brand content within a radio marketA genuine passion for Content and a thirst to create innovative and industry leading contentSelf-motivated and with excellent team working skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with SCA's target audiencesThe ability and an interest to adapt to new industry technology and best practices in AudioExperience demonstrating active problem solving and the ability to think on your feetAn understanding of legal compliance issues with regards to contests including the assessment of risk around legal and PR outcomesWe are values driven at SCA - if you align with our core values, you'll be a great addition to the team:We're Better TogetherPeople are our PowerAlways CuriousWe Push Doors OpenBe GenuineStill not convinced?Head to our TikTok, Life@LiSTNR, for a sneak peek into some of the fun we have at SCA!Interested?
